Author description
Carla Capalbo grew in New York City where she began her career as a cooking editor. The author and stylist of a number of cookbooks, she has also contributed to various magazine supplements of The New York Times, such as Entertaining, Good Health, and The World of New York. Laura Washburn grew up in Los Angeles. She left California to attend the American University in Paris, where she received a BA. She also earned a diploma from the Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne.
