Author description

Ivana Veruzabova was born in the Czech Republic and moved to the UK with her family at the age of 11. Her father, Dusan Veruzab, adn her mother, also Ivana Veruzabova, run a Czech Slovak restaurant in West Hampstead, north-west London which has been a popular haunt over the past 15 years for the Czech and Slovak community, as well as locals and visitors wanting to experience the cuisines, Ivana recently completed a law degree and has worked in the restaurant for over five years.
