Author description

Young Jin Song is an eminent restaurateur who owns several restaurants in Asia. He is the founder of a London restaurant, Shed, specializing in Korean-influenced fusion cuisine. He works as a restaurant and food consultant, and manages Celebrity Chef's Laboratories in Seoul.
